Description
Product nature: A new generation injectable dermal biostimulator combining poly-D,L-lactic acid.
Product nature: An advanced trichotherapeutic solution for intradermal application to the scalp, designed to address alopecia from a multifactorial perspective, acting both at the follicular level and in the scalp's cutaneous microenvironment.
Bioptic Balance System™: Proprietary technology that optimizes critical biophysical parameters of the scalp: pH (ideally slightly acidic, 5.0–5.5), osmotic pressure (avoiding hyper/hypotonicity that would damage the follicles), and ionic balance (Na⁺/K⁺/Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺). This physiologically optimal environment maximizes the absorption and bioavailability of the active ingredients and preserves the viability of hair follicle cells.
Active-Biocoating System™ and active composition: microencapsulates heat-labile and photosensitive ingredients such as PDRN, B vitamins, and cofactors in a protective microlayer that prevents degradation by light, heat, and oxidation. PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) acts as a cell regenerator, stimulating fibroblasts in the dermal papilla and promoting perifollicular vascularization via the A2A receptor. Caffeine antagonizes 5-alpha-reductase and prolongs the anagen phase; biotin and panthenol strengthen the keratin in the hair shaft; niacinamide improves microcirculation and reduces perifollicular inflammation. Formulation free of parabens, silicones, and fragrances.
Instructions and How to Use
Clinical indications: male and female pattern baldness (grades I–IV), acute and chronic telogen effluvium, diffuse hair thinning, follicular miniaturization, postpartum alopecia, and hair loss due to stress or poor nutrition. Suitable for preventative treatment in patients with a genetic predisposition.
Application techniques: intradermal microinjections with a 30G/31G needle in a 1 cm² grid covering the areas of miniaturization, or topical application assisted by microneedling (0.5–1.5 mm). Standard protocol: 4–6 initial weekly sessions, then bi-weekly, and finally monthly maintenance sessions. Proven synergy with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and topical minoxidil.
How to use it
Clinical results: stimulation of hair growth from the root (reactivation of follicles in the telogen phase); increased density and thickness of the hair shaft (measurable by trichoscopy); objectively measurable reduction in active hair loss (negative traction test); strengthening of follicular anchoring; improvement in overall scalp health (reduction of seborrhea, flaking, and inflammation). Visible results from 6–8 weeks with progressive improvements up to 6 months.
Key advantages: alternative or complement to oral pharmacological therapies (finasteride, dutasteride); no systemic effects; excellent tolerance, even in sensitive patients; combinable with PRP, hair mesotherapy, LED, and microneedling to enhance results. The irritant-free formulation makes it suitable for inflamed scalps or post-treatment.
